Baked Sesame Salmon Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon
  • salt
  • ground black pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 inch ginger grated
  • 1 tbs (15g) sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 tbs (15ml) rice vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbs sesame oil
  • 3 tbs soy sauce
  • 1 tbs sesame seeds
  • 1 tbs green onion

Instructions

  2. Take salmon and cut into 4 pieces. Sprinkle it with salt and pepper to taste. Then mix rest of the ingredients except sesame seeds and green onion to make the marinade. Put the Salmon in a bowl and top it with marinade sauce. Set aside for 30 minutes to overnight. Bake in oven heated to 400f for 15 to 20 mins. Topping up with the marinade sauce about half way cooking. When done sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced green onion. Serve immediately
